BCF Yarn
BCF Yarn stands for Bulked Continuous Filament Yarn. A kind of filamentous yarn with bulky filaments, the raw material is polypropylene. These types of yarns are in large bulk but not springy in nature. They are substitutes for acrylic and wool yarns in manufacturing machine woven carpets, carpet cover, and so on.
The material of the B.C.F yarn is melted at a temperature of 180 to 220 degrees and produces filaments. By making these filaments in one package, good stretching, and good sanding, yarn is made. Among the advantages of bcf yarn, using B.C.F yarn in the production of carpet cause the unevenness of the carpet, because the fiber is not easily removed from the carpet due to the continuity of the fiber.
Usage of BCF Yarn
The use of BCF yarns can be found in the carpet manufacturing industry, all types of substructures, carpets, rugs, carpets, carpets, yarns, flooring, cellar, and lounge furniture. Also, these yarns are used for other threads that require yarns of high volumetric and coating coefficient.
BCF Yarns include:
- Polyester
- PBT
- Nylon 6& 6.6
- Polypropylene
Raw white, Doped dyed & yarn-dyed. The denier range can be 1000d-20000d
Polypropylene PP Yarns
After cotton and polyester, Polypropylene fibers are the third most sought in the textile industry. Produced by polymerization of propylene as a linear polymer.
Polypropylene (PP) is a yarn raw material that is commonly used for various applications. Properties such as high tensile strength, low weight, and moisture resistance make the material one of the most widely used materials in the textile industry.
End-uses of Polypropylene Yarn:
Socks, Tights, Pantyhoses, car upholstery, Furniture upholstery, Soccer/sports socks, Ribbons, Nets, Dyeing Hoses, Filteration Fabric, Laces, Swimwear, Sportswear, Undergarments, Seamless. All knitting applications, All weaving applications (warp & weft), etc.
Advantages of Polypropylene Yarn
- Quick Shipments
- Better pricing

PVA Yarns
PVA or Polyvinyl Alcohol is a water-soluble synthetic polymer that is highly versatile and can adapt to various styles and textures. PVA can be converted into shreds of fibers, liquids, coatings, beads, lubricants, etc. As a filament yarn, PVA has some beneficial characteristics such as its high tenacity. PVA yarn is Vinylon yarn and can be distributed into water-soluble and insoluble yarn. Water-soluble nylon yarn is a functional yarn that is developed by the Japanese over the past decade. It can be dissolved in the range of 20 degrees – 90 degrees of water. It constitutes polyvinyl alcohol which is one of the very few biodegradable polymers. With good acid and alkali resistance, it has superior hot and dry performance and great durability.
Characteristics:
1) Environmental protection
2) Soft feel
3) Lightweight
4) Improve cotton fabrics’ shortage
5) Increase other yarn spinning count
PBT Yarn
PBT stretch yarn is ideal for cloth that is used in manufacturing flat knitted sweaters. The suitable elasticity of the material provides added comfort. Stockings woven with a PBT stretch yarn are light, breathable and comfortable, and have good elasticity. It is soft to touch and has great resistance and durability.
PBT Yarn is a unique category of Yarn that takes full advantage of its Polymer PolyButylene Terephthalate. This yarn facilitates the manufacturing of high comfort garments, carpets, and automotive fabrics. The fabric provides added comfort and seamless movement. This innovative yarn ensures a comfortable microclimate around the body. The yarn creates a finished product that is breathable and has great elasticity and superior color absorption. Due to their low water absorption rates (about 0.4% of H2O), PBT yarns are sweat-resistant and their elasticity stays unaffected when exposed to moisture.

It can also be equipped with elastic and non-elastomeric yarn which has high stretchability and superior elastic recovery. These characteristics are a result of multidimensional bulking processes that are not only linear, unlike an ordinary elastic yarn.
Fabrics that are manufactured with this fiber even when the PBT content does not exceed 30 to 35%, turn out to be the ideal body-hugging garments that are breathable and comfortable. This has helped the fashion industry create versatile designs and countless clothing styles for the finished products.

Spandex Yarn
Spandex is a man-made fiber, is produced as a filament yarn, meaning the fiber is continuous and with a very large percentage of elongation & recovery so it is known for very good elasticity. It is used for weaving stretchable fabrics & Another common production practice is knitting bare or covered Spandex yarn to form the garment, where one yarn appears on the front and the other on the back of the fabric.
Covered Spandex is also utilized for various manufacturing processes such as narrow elastics, socks, denim, etc. The covering of the Yarn involves wrapping the Spandex in the main yarn so that Spandex becomes the yarn’s core material.
Four processes are used for the covering of Spandex Yarn:
Single covered: Nylon or any other fiber used is wrapped in a spiral around the Spandex.
Double covered: Spandex yarn is wrapped in two layers of nylon or any other fabric used. One rotates clockwise and the other anticlockwise. It is used in yarn intended for the production of high-quality sheer tights.
Air covered: Spandex is intermingled with Nylon or polyester yarns through a jet of air.
Core-spun: During the yarn manufacturing process the Spandex is covered with a coating of fibers.
Section:
Circular mono and multifilament.
Count:
From 8 to 1,880 dtex.
Brightness:
Shiny, semi-transparent, transparent, opaque.
Color:
Black, Raw White, Nylon Dyeable.
Paper yarn is cut into long, narrow ribbon-like strips which are twisted on a spinning wheel, then woven like silk or cotton, traditionally on a handloom. For the warp and the weft of this paper fabric, there are cases in which silk or cotton is used for the warp but when woven there is little difference from ordinary cloth.
PROPERTIES OF PAPER YARN
The paper fabric has the drawback of tearing when it becomes wet in the rain but paper fabric can be laundered. Its tradition remains, although on a limited scale now, as high-class clothing.
APPLICATIONS
- Paper yarns usually find application in:
- high fashion items
- handicraft items
- Paper yarns are used for knitting, hand-knitting, and craft use. Weaving application is Possible if the yarn is twisted to make it stronger.
- 100% paper yarn
