What is peach skin fabric?

What is Pongee fabric?

Pongee fabric is known for its smooth surface, light weight, durability, elasticity, and good gloss. It does not shrink, is easy to wash, and dries quickly, providing a comfortable feel. There are two types of pongee fabric: full-DTY yarn and semi-DTY yarn.

Pongee fabric is made of polyester and can be treated to be waterproof, down-proof, anti-static, matte, laminated, and more after dyeing and finishing. It is available in different specifications such as plain, twill, stripes, grid, and Jacquard. What is Recycled Nylon Fabric

What is taslon?

1. Polyester Oxford Fabric:
This fabric is constructed using polyester FDY yarn in both the warp and weft, woven into a plain weave on a water-jet loom. The fabric undergoes treatments for relaxation, alkali reduction, dyeing, anti-static properties, and coating, resulting in a lightweight, soft-textured material with good waterproofing and durability.

2. Nylon Oxford Fabric:
Featuring 210D/420D nylon filaments in both warp and weft, this fabric is woven into a plain weave structure using a water-jet weaving process. After dyeing, finishing, and coating, the fabric offers a soft hand feel, excellent drapability, stylish design, and waterproof performance. Its high quality, innovative design, and color options make it a popular choice among users, with the added benefits of color fastness and shape retention.

3. Air-Permeable Polyester Oxford Fabric:
Constructed with DTY300D polyester yarn in both warp and weft, this fabric is woven on a water-jet loom to create a thick-point change air-permeable texture. After undergoing processes for relaxation, refinement, pre-setting, alkali reduction, softening, and setting, a rubber-plastic layer is applied to the opposite side for additional waterproofing. The result is a fine-textured, glossy, soft, and waterproof product ideal for bags and travel cases.

4. Novel Texture Polyester Oxford Fabric:
Utilizing polyester DTY400D interlaced filament in both warp and weft, along with Teague texture interweaving on a water-jet loom, this fabric features a unique design with a 3D grid pattern on the front side. The reverse side undergoes a PU coating process to enhance waterproofing and drapability, making it a versatile material for fashionable bags and accessories.

What is Memory Fabric?

Memory” function fabric is a composite of plastic fiber and nylon fiber. This fabric exhibits a unique characteristic of developing wrinkles when scratched, but these wrinkles disappear when smoothed out, mimicking the function of human memory.

The Memory fabric is known for its bright appearance, comfortable texture, excellent draping effect, and ability to quickly recover its shape, making it a highly fashionable fabric in the global market.

Available specifications include Tabby twill color and other variations, aimed at creating a two-color effect in the main products.

Post-finishing processes for this fabric include environmentally friendly dyeing, water and Teflon treatments, bronzing and silver coatings, printing techniques, P/A and P/U transparent glue applications, white glue treatments, high water pressure skin film, wet and dry air permeability adhesive applications, as well as T/PU permeability film.

What is Imitation Memory Fabric?
