Complete Product Portfolio

Our PSF product range covers the full spectrum of polyester staple fiber types required across fill, nonwoven, spinning, and industrial applications. Every product is available in virgin or GRS-certified recycled grades unless specified otherwise.

1. Hollow Conjugated Siliconized Fiber (HCS) — Premium Fill Grade

Our flagship fill fiber product. HCS fiber combines three engineered performance features — a hollow cross-section for lightness and warmth, a three-dimensional spiral conjugate crimp for permanent loft recovery, and a silicone surface coating for smooth, anti-clumping behavior. The result is a fill fiber that outperforms solid polyester in every measurable fill performance dimension: loft, warmth, resilience, and feel.

6. Low Melt Bicomponent Fiber (LMF) — Thermal Bonding Grade

Our bicomponent fiber has a standard PET core (melting point ~255°C) surrounded by a modified co-polyester sheath that melts at 110–130°C. When a web containing LMF is passed through a thermal bonding oven or calendar, the sheath melts and flows to bond fibers at their crosspoints—producing a cohesive, self-supporting nonwoven structure without adhesives. LMF is the essential component in all bonded wadding, batting, and foam-alternative padding products.
