Why the Fiber-Machinery Connection Matters
The fiber specification and the machine specification are not independent decisions — they are deeply interdependent. A carding machine calibrated for 6D fiber processes 4D fiber differently and may require re-gearing to achieve optimal web uniformity. A pillow stuffing machine set up for siliconized HCS fill runs differently with non-siliconized fiber — the nozzle clearance, the blower speed, and the weigh scale calibration all change. A thermal bonding oven for 20% LMF blend needs different temperature and line speed settings than one running 25% LMF.

- Carding machine for polyester staple fiber: Single and double-doffer carding machines for web formation from PSF. Critical first step in thermal bonding wadding, needlepunch nonwoven, and airlaid production lines. Matched to solid PSF or HCS fiber specification.
- Wadding and mattress production line: Complete through-air bonding lines for HCS+LMF thermally bonded wadding — from fiber feeding through carding, cross-lapping, through-air bonding oven, to roll winding. For quilted garment insulation, mattress toppers, and bedding fill applications.
- Needlepunch production line for nonwoven: Complete needlepunch lines from fiber opening through carding, cross-lapping, and multiple needle looms to roll finishing. For geotextile, carpet underlay, automotive nonwoven, and synthetic leather substrate production.
